2. Location:
"Villa Anastasia" is a country seaside detached house located in a very quiet spot of Nea Iraklia of the Municipality of Nea Propontida, in the Prefecture of Halkidiki, in Northern Greece. Nea Iraklia is located at a distance of about 5 kilometers in the northwest of Nea Kallikratia. It has about 850 (2011)inhabitants engaged mainly in tourism, agriculture (viticulture, olive production, etc.) and fishing.
During the summer months it hosts thousands of visitors, both from Greece and Europe, but also from all over the world, who enjoy:

- quiet holidays among and near olive groves, vineyards, green environment,
- clean and many kilometers of quiet beaches, with gentle slopes where the ground descends smoothly to the coast with the crystal clear waters and the picturesque fish taverns, the almost "on the beach", where the visitor can enjoy many local and Mediterranean menus, seafood delicacies and more.
"Villa Anastasia" is about 300 meters away from the center of Nea Iraklia, from the nearest sea where one can swim about 180 meters and about 2.5 kilometers from the many nearby Beach-bars. In the center of Nea Iraklia there are, the church of the village, the park with the playground, food shops, cafes, taverns, pharmacy, various other shops and the bus stop of the KTEL.

3. Interiors of the house
"Villa Anastasia" is located on the ground floor of one floor of a country seaside residence which is about 60 square meters. On the 1st floor reside the owners of the house.
It consists of:

- 2 bedrooms: the 1st bedroom has a double bed 2.0 x 1.60 meters with built-in bedside tables and a trefoil wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom has a double bed 1.90 x 1.50 meters with two bedside tables, a four-leaf wardrobe and a portable column fan. Both bedrooms are illuminated by a window, each, located on the side of the bed,
- a living room with a kitchenette / living room, in which there are: a) the kitchen area that has the kitchen countertop with all the necessary electrical kitchen appliances (Electric Cooker for cooking and with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker for filter coffee, toaster, furnace), all the necessary cooking utensils, (pots, pans, baking pans, briquettes) and dining (dishes, platters, glasses), b) the dining area with dining table and 5 chairs and c) the living room area – living room that has a corner sofa - bed, table, furniture composition with TV, round table and Air-Condition,
- a WC / bathroom with toilet, washbasin with Cupboards and Shower
- semi-outdoor area - terrace in front of the Entrance of the apartment, with table and corresponding seats.
On the ground floor there is easy access for elderly people with mobility problems, because there are no stairs to enter the house.

4. Outdoor area of the residence "Villa Anastasia", within the plot
In the garden area, for exclusive use, there is a gazebo in which there is a large table and seats, barbeque with charcoal and sunbeds. Also, in the courtyard of the house there are, for common use, a garden with lawn, flowers, shower and three fountains. The courtyard is fenced and ideal so that the residents, adults and children can enjoy nature and their privacy safely.

5. Peculiarities.
Access to "Villa Anastasia" from Thessaloniki is via the "A24" Motorway to Chalkidiki, without any particular problem. Due to the short distance from the center of the village, about 300 meters, one can go on foot taking a walk to the local market. It can also go on foot to the nearest beach, about 180 meters, for swimming. Of course, all this can also be done by car.
The car park is right next door and is fenced.

"Villa Anastasia" is located in a quiet neighborhood of Nea Iraklia with holiday homes mainly, not densely populated, it is about 300 meters from the center of Nea Iraklia where there are all the necessary food and leisure shops, from the nearest sea where one can swim about 180 meters and about 2.5 kilometers from the many nearby Beach-bars. very close to the beach and the center of the village "Villa Anastasia" is about 25 km from the airport "Macedonia"/Thessaloniki and from Thessaloniki about 35 km.
"Villa Anastasia" is about 5.5 km away from the Health Center of Nea Kallikratia, the Public Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Pavlos" about 36 km, the Interbalkan Hospital of Thessaloniki about 32 km the Public Hospital of Polygyros about 55 km.
