Magnificent luxury holiday home in the countryside with stunning views. For 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Elegantly furnished. Wonderful private pool. Grass area. Suitable for children

Sa Penya Rodena offers luxury accommodation. The main entrance is to the rear of the property and opens into the good sized and fitted kitchen. Leading in from here is the attractive dining room with doorway opening to the front upper terrace with wonderful views. The first very special feature of this gracious villa is the grand and sumptuous lounge/living room with treble doorways opening onto the upper dining terrace.The galleried landing with twin arched glass coloured windows, leads to the master double bedroom suite with ladies dressing area, full en-suite shower room and direct access to your personal and private upper sun terrace with far reaching views across the swimming pool and breathtaking countryside. Two twin bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace and share one full bath/shower room with Romanesque style tiles. Guests cloakroom/wc. From the gallery landing area steps lead down to the poolside entrance with an arched covered terrace. Laundry room with washing machine. Games area with table tennis table.On the ground floor, from the front covered terrace, there is access to the last bedroom. This exterior double bedroom is spacious and offers an en-suite walk-in shower-room (appropriate for wheelchair users).

Approached via tiered terraces with drystone walls is the impressive, gated mozaic tiled swimming pool. We have tried to make this area as child friendly as possible with two new gates that can be locked to stop children entering this area as required. The comfortably furnished sun terraces have a poolside shower for your added convenience. To the front of the house is a good sized lawn area with plenty of room for children to play and brick built BBQ.

    “Tolle Location. Tolle Aussicht! Schöner Pool. Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten könnten gemütlicher sein. Trotzdem alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schnelle & freundliche Kommunikation und Umsetzung als die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte.
    Würden definitiv wieder dorthin, wir hatten fantastische 12 Tage!”
