GROUND FLOOR
Via a separate entrance you enter the spacious and open living/dining area of the ground floor. The cosy living room has 2 sofas where you can relax with a good book, for example; the adjoining dining area invites you to enjoy and get together at the massive wooden table. The large and fully equipped kitchen offers over another seating area as well as dishwasher, cooker, oven and microwave. From here you also have access to the terrace, which is perfect for breakfast or a barbecue with a glass of wine in fine weather. A comfortable bedroom including a double bed (160 cm) completes the ground floor.
UPPER FLOOR
Via the spacious staircase you reach the first floor. In addition to two further bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed, the luxurious bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bathtub and modern steam shower awaits you here. Further open living/sitting areas additionally invite you to linger comfortably or watch television. Via one of the two bedrooms you have access to the wrap-around balcony with a view of the vineyards.
On the 2nd floor there are four further unoccupied rooms, which are, however, generally not available to guests. In addition, the entire house is available for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay.
