The country house (built in 1862) adjoining the house of the landlord was completely renovated in summer / autumn 2016 and completely refurnished. It has about 120 square meters of living space, its own entrance and access to the street, as well as a (partially covered) terrace with seating and stone and wooden bench with a view of the garden.
The living space extends over two residential floors and a gallery above the upper floor.
Bus connection to the old town of Marburg until after midnight.
Long term rental possible.
On the lower floor: living room / office + separate bedroom with box spring double bed (180 X 200 cm), wardrobe and reclining chair; large bathroom with toilet, vanity unit with drawers, hairdryer, mirror cabinet, shelf and combined bathtub / shower corner with glass wall; Small utility room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning material.
On the upper floor: entrance hall; dining area: dining table, showcase, sideboard and hanging board, internet radio. Fitted kitchen with refrigerator (with freezer compartment), cooker and oven, exhaust hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, dishwasher. Sufficient crockery and kitchen appliances, tea, coffee and espresso maker.
