Split. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There are two balconies. One to the inner courtyard (3 m2), the other to the street (8 m2). Both balconies have chairs and a table. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house and a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m).
