Welcome to this vacation home where you can spend a wonderful vacation with family or friends. The living space of the house is divided into three bedrooms with one double and four single beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room.

From the open terrace with outdoor kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and the beautiful garden. Spend relaxing vacations here in the sun and switch off from everyday life. Thanks to the covered terrace you will also find a shady place to relax on sunny days.

The house is located near all kinds of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. The golf course is only 900 m away and the sea and sandy beaches are 500 m away. Also take a trip to Málaga, the capital of the Costa del Sol, with many museums, culture and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Among others, the Thyssen Museum, the Picasso Museum or the Centre Pompidou are worth a visit. Costa del Sol is not just a name, there are up to 320 sunny days a year here - ideal for a family vacation.

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausreichend. Allerdings konnten die Gartenmöbel und der Außengrill nicht genutzt werden, da diese völlig verdreckt waren (der rote Sand vom letzten "Sahara-Regen" befand sich überall auf den Gartenmöbeln, und hinter dem und seitlich vom Haus war er zentimeterdick). Der Gärtner, der angeblich für die Sauberkeit draußen zuständig war, hat sich im Mietzeitraum nicht einmal blicken lassen.
    Außerdem befand sich im Haus kein Hinweis darauf, wo der Abfall zu entsorgen ist.
    Ein Badezimmer hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der von ständiger Feuchtigkeit herrührte.
    Auch die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ließ zu wünschen übrig. In einem Schlafzimmer befand sich unter dem Bett eine leere Plastikflasche und eine benutzte Herrenunterhose!
