Since summer 2017 we have been renting out a comfortable, cosy holiday apartment in the state-approved climatic health resort Roßbach/Wied.
We have set ourselves the goal of making our guests' stay as pleasant as possible and this includes not only beautiful accommodation but also individual care. We want our guests to enjoy their holiday and afterwards look back on it satisfied.
Our guests confirm that this thought is right.

Holiday at last! So that you do not have to fall into the daily grind on the first day, we offer you our shopping service. Just send us your shopping list before you leave home and we will take care of a filled fridge on your arrival in the holiday apartment. The price depends on the size of the order.

You will find the hair dryer in the holder. Towels are provided. If you need fresh towels again, just contact us.

In the living room of your holiday apartment there is a TV set with SAT connection, SAT box and a DVD player.

The bedroom is separated by a curtain from the living room and the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You can see the kitchen inventory in the inventory list, if you miss something, please do not hesitate to contact us to find a remedy. For the dishwasher we have already provided you with the first dishwasher tabs in the cupboard under the sink. Please only put dishes back into the cupboards when they are washed and dried.

Our house or apartment is a non-smoking house. Please smoke outside only.

In case you need them: vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan, cleaning rags and bucket can be found in the storage room.

For long term bookings (from 1 week and several weeks) we offer an additional cleaning of the holiday flat incl. bed linen and towel change after arrangement.

The beds are covered, on request you will receive additional blankets and pillows. Woolen blankets are in the cupboard.
