The apartment no 24 (31square metres) is an apartment for 2 or 3 persons.
The one-room flat has got a kitchenette and a bathroom which has been renovated recently. The furnishing is comfortable and cosy. There are large windows and the situation of the flat offers a lovely view onto the beautiful landscape of the Allgäu.
The two foldaway beds give you enough space to live in one room during the day.
The swimming-pool in the house can be used for free. The sauna can be used with coins. There is a room for playing table tennis and a common room. In the cellar there are rooms for skis and bicycles and a heated room for ski boots.
You have got a space in the underground car park (only for normal cars, no higher ones).
You have got all the advantages of Oberstaufen Plus: ski pass, cable cars, funiculars, water park and sauna facilities in Oberstaufen and Internet and WLan for free.


In the entrance there is a kitchenette with 4 electric rings, a hot air oven, a sink, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. There are enough dishes and cutlery and you've got also some spices.
In the renivated bathroom there are a shower, a whash-basin and a toilet.

    “Alles Bestens, Vermieter ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen. Positiv: Schöne Lage am Ende des Dorfes, nicht abgelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Netter und freundlicher Empfang der Vermieterin. Hund war kein Problem. Negativ: Parkmöglichkeit für ein größeres Fahrzeug (VW Bus) nur vor dem Haus, diese Parkplätze sind jedoch anderweitig vermietet.
    Wir wurden von dem uns zugewiesene Parkplatz von dessen eigentlichen Mieter barsch vertrieben, obwohl noch viele andere Parkplätze frei waren. Für diese Unfreundlichkeit kann unser Vermieter jedoch nichts. Restaurant: Café St. Ull´r in Steibis - In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft Ausflüge: Buchegger Wasserfälle - 1 Stunde von Steibis entfernt”
