This holiday home was rated 4 **** stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association) and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort and equipment. There are three bedrooms available on 95 square meters with space for up to five people.
There is a terrace and a small garden for sole use. A parking space is available for you. There is a charging station for e-cars about five minutes' walk away.

The house has a hallway and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Thermomix, fully automatic coffee machine and everything that belongs to kitchen equipment. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a TV, DVD player and music system. The bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is also located here. On the upper floor there is both a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. The converted attic offers an open gallery with a French bed. A travel cot is available for younger guests. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and WiFi is available to guests free of charge. From October 2022, electricity and gas will be charged additionally according to consumption.
