Families with children will also find a cosy home here.The flat is arranged on two levels. A living level and a sleeping level. There is a modern seating area on each level. The living area has a 48"/122cm Smart TV with flat screen and a radio with DVD player. You can relax or read a good book in the cosy seating area. The modern fitted kitchen with integrated dining area is fully equipped. Here you will find a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine and bread machine. A toaster, kettle and many other necessary small appliances are available. Two separate bedrooms are at your disposal. Bedroom 1 is a self-contained room with a 1.80/2.00m double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, an additional wall unit and bedside shelves with dimmable table lamps. Bedroom 2 is an open-plan living/bedroom. There is a cosy second sitting area with a sofa bed. An additional lounge area. You will find board games in the display cabinets. This seating area can be converted into a 1.60/2.00 m double bed if required.In the immediate vicinity, about 300 metres away, there is a bakery that provides the morning bread rolls. In the well-equipped kitchen you can also prepare a delicious meal. The supermarket is only about 400 metres away and has everything you need. Should it ever be necessary, a washing machine is available for free use in the flat. You can leave your car at the apartment for a stroll through the historic old town. The town centre with its museums, cafés, restaurants and boutiques for shopping is only a 10-minute walk away. There is a lot to discover in Telgte. The historic market square also invites you to relax. Lingering here can be shortened with a cosy coffee break. There are several well-known cycle paths in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat. The European Cycle Route R1, the charming Ems Cycle Route and the Friendensroute are well-known to many cyclists and offer wonderful tours through the Münsterland parkland and along the Ems. Münster with its countless sights can also be easily reached by bike or train.
