Holiday apartment in the basement, private entrance, free public parking directly at the entrance, free W-Lan. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room / bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom and is a total of about 37 square meters. Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Arrival during the week between 16 and 18 o'clock or after arrangement, on weekends after arrangement. Departure before 12.00. Payment is due on arrival; if a down payment has been made this will be charged.
Bookings with a minimum of 3 days lead time are requested. Otherwise, please contact us in advance on 00491796981531. Bookings for 1 night may be possible, but only by prior arrangement. For bookings over a Period of more than 7 days, a disposit of 50% of the total Price is to be paid, at least two weeks before the Start of the Trip, for short-term bookings immediatly after booking.

Cosy Soutterain apartment, very quiet and yet central.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an anteroom, a total of 37 qm.

In the living room there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). There is also a cosy corner couch, a large flat screen TV, a small music system (CD) and a small work table. W-LAN exists.

If a separate sleeping option is required, an airbed 95 x 195 cm can be provided for a onetime charge of 5 €.

In the anteroom is the wardrobe.

In the kitchen there is a furnished fitted kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator (with freezer) as well as a Senseo coffee machine and a kettle and a toaster. Thre ist also a dining table with 2 chairs.

In the bathroom is the toilet, a sink, shower and a washing mashine (irons, ironing table and a small laundry stand are provided).

The Souterrain apartment is accessed via a separate entrance, in front of which there are public parking spaces.

Non smoking apartment, no pets.

Arrival between 4 pm and 6 pm or by appointment; Departures by noon.

The bus stop to the city bus to Koblenz (line 8, Schloßstraße stop) is a 10-minute walk away, and 8 minutes away for very quickly. The line 318/319 to Koblenz via Engers at the Concordiahütte-stop in 5-7 minutes. In Bendorf city is the possiibility to switch to line 107 to Neuwied.

On a given occation, it should be noted that all bookings from outside Germany, as well as more generally for bookings of more than 7 nights, a deposit of 25 % is madde. In the anteroom is the wardrobe. In the living room / bedroom there is a cozy couch, a small work table, a bed / double bed 160 x 200 cm with 7-zone cold foam mattresses (see also picture), a large flat screen TV and a small "music system" (CD); Wi-Fi is available. In the kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge freezer and a coffee machine, kettle and toaster; furthermore a table with 2 chairs.
