We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living. In a block of apartments in the street Kaiserallee, right at the sea promenade. There is no elevator.
Exclusive one room apartment for two persons, located directly at the Strandpromenade on the 3rd floor, approx. 37m²; loggia and balcony 18m² with partial sea view to the Baltic Sea/ Lübecker Bucht, balcony furniture. Combined bed- and living room with double bed (also can be used as two single beds), comfortable sofa corner, glass table and two basket chairs, built in kitchen with kitchen hood, induction cooker with 4 hot plates, refrigerator with big freezer, microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, toaster, dishes and more. Dining Table with two chairs, cable TV, DVD-player, Hifi, telephone, shower/WC.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
