Open, white coloured kitchen fully equipped, dining table, marble bathroom with shower, bathtube and WC. Living room with open fireplace (firewood need to be organised by guest), TV, music system. Bedroom with double bed (1,80 x 2,00m, allergy mattresses). The apartment is laid out with terracotta tiles, underfloor heating. Free WIFI. Kitchen with baking oven, induction stove, coffee machine, waffle maker and toaster, cheese fondue pot raclette grill. Friendly and safe neighbourhood, free parking space. Within walking distance to the beach, shopping, golf-course and public transport. The balcony with roofed wicker beach chair offers sea views.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.
Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time, particular along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not included in your booking and need to be paid separately.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.
