We warmly welcome you in your holiday flat of our vacation rental service of Travemünde! Here you can book your apartment of temporary living.
Modernized 2-room-Oldtownhouse in historic old Travemünde near harbour, restaurants, shops, 2 floors, courtyard, central but calm romantically hidden in a side way. The chain, which is located in front of the aisle can be opened on the side by a snap hook - please also close again.

Modern and tasteful 2 room old townhouse. Ground floor and first floor are about 80qm. Terrace. On the ground floor is situated a cosy living room with sofa bed (2m x1,60m), TV, W-LAN, stove (firewood is not there), built-in kitchen with baking oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, dining table with chairs, bathroom with shower and bathtube, WC, hair dryer. High chair for children, iron, washing maschine (activation only from 7 nights), dryer. On the first floor is the bedroom with double bed (2m x 1,80m). Outdoor is a small terrace - with garden furniture during summertime.

The parking place is behind the villa opposite the shop TEDI (next to the train crossing/ Rose), narrow entrance (cars with a width of 2,15 m are possible to drive through, it's better to park backwards ) Vogteistr. 52, no.5, behind the house left and then right. There is a sign "Ankerstern".

Exclusive: Final cleaning up to 6 nights plus one-time € 125,-, from 7 nights included without charge. 1 package bed linen/towels will be charged with € 20,- per person. Parking space per stay € 3,-. All listed items are included in the offer/booking.

Non smoking apartment, no pets allowed. Bicycles can not be stored, there is no bike storage room, but it is possible to store the bicycles in front of the house, no liability is assumed. Good housing conditions, 2-3 persons. 4 persons are not requested. On request 2 adults and 2 children up to 15 years, the fourth person will be charged with € 20.00 per night

Visitor's tax:
The visitor's tax is not inclusive in your booking and need to be paid separately.
1. 1.-14. 5. and 15. 9.-31.12. € 1.60 p.p./day. 15. 5.-14. 9. € 3.- p.p./day.

Cancellation policy :
If you need to cancel your booking after the payment of your deposit of 10% of your total booking, the Lübeck and Travemünde Marketing GmbH will charge you € 29.00 handling fee and will refund the remaining sum of your deposit payment. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the arrival date: A penalty equal to 100% of total stay will be applied unless the accommodation is re-let. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can get in all travel agencies within 10 days of your booking.

We would like to inform you that, during the summertime, the beach will be cleaned up mechanically and there might be disturbance by noise every early morning. Also there might be seaweed coming from the sea, which give a very strong odor. For this reason we do not give a price rebate and there is no right to compensation.

Also we need to inform you that - especially during the weekends - open air festivals are taken place and it can be noisy at this time particulars along the sea promenade. Especially during the Travemünder Woche - the 2nd biggest sail event in the world - which is taken place at the end of July. Please be so kind and inform yourself for exact dates. Thank you!
