Our apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Kiel in the district Kroog. A bus stop with direct connection to the city center (journey time just under 25 minutes) is only about 250 meters away. Many shops, bakeries and pharmacies, as well as a weekly market (Tuesdays and Saturdays) are in the immediate vicinity in about 5 minutes away by car. The industrial park "Ostseepark Schwentinental" with numerous shops especially for clothing, technology and living is also within a good 5 minutes drive. The nearest beach is around 15 minutes away by car, while the beautiful beaches of Laboe, Heidkate or California are around 30-35 minutes' drive away. The nearby Rönner woodland invites to relaxed walks in the forest.

The good 80 m2 Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached family house and is largely barrier-free. The landlords live in the same house. The combined living and dining room with spacious kitchen with bar and additional dining area is flooded with light. A separate bedroom with access to the spacious shower room with floor-level shower is also accessible from the large hallway as the separate guest toilet. All rooms are designed with tiles or laminate, only in the bedroom carpet is laid. The paved south-facing terrace with adjacent small lawn is largely closed and tempted for barbecues (barbecue available), small games such. Bocce or sweet idleness. Pets are allowed on request.

In the apartment you have a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a stereo with CD / DVD player available. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern conveniences, including dishes and cooking utensils including a dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo and microwave. In the shower room is also a washing machine ready. A toddler travel cot and a high chair are also available. In the living room is the fold-out sofa another sleeping space for one adult or two younger children. A parking space is available on the property directly at the apartment.     “Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Größe und Großzügigkeit der Wohnung. Hier kann man sich wie „zuhause“ fühlen, was nicht zuletzt auch an den unkomplizierten Vermietern lag.
    Der großzügige Wohn/Essbereich mit der offenen Küche ist wunderbar. In der Küche ist ALLES vorhanden, genügend Geschirr und Besteck sowie auch Kochutensilien, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Gartenanteil mit Terrasse und Möglichkeit zum BBQ war bei dem schönen und heißen Wetter genau richtig. Da dieser Bereich auch noch abschließbar ist und von der Straße aus nicht einsehbar, auch sehr gut geeignet, um unsere E-Bikes dort abzustellen.
    Es passte alles wunderbar und sowohl das Schlafzimmer, mit mehr als genügend Stauraum, als auch das anschließende Badezimmer waren perfekt.
    Wir haben uns in den 14 Tagen dort sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Man ist schnell in Kiel (City bzw. Hafen) und an der Ostsee und auch die Plöner Seen sind sehr nah.
    Kurzum eine klare Empfehlung! Positiv: Die größe der Wohnung und der abgeschlossene Garten Negativ: keine negativen Punkte”
