Welcome to our apartment, our modern attic studio in Ostseebad Heikendorf / district Möltenort - It is thus on the sunny side of the Kiel fjord. Only a few meters from Stinnes Park and the Möltenorter harbor with the adjacent beach, our house is located in a quiet side street. The bus stop is within walking distance (5 minutes) to reach and so you have a fast connection to the Kiel city center (about 15 km to Kiel) and the surrounding area. The shops for daily needs are located about 500 meters away.
The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance and is located in the attic of a detached apartment building. On 100 sqm you will find a bright, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room, open kitchen and shower room. The bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed). There is a TV and a CD player with radio. The modern kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped with kitchenware and cooking utensils, as well as a dishwasher. Carpets and tiles are in very good condition. The newly renovated, modern bathroom consists of a shower and a toilet.
To the apartment belongs a loggia to the south, another to the west with a magnificent view of the Kiel fjord.
In the entire apartment is the W-Lan use free of charge. Parking is available on the street.
In the period from April to October falls in Heikendorf a Kurabgabe.
