Villa Hunsrück is a beautiful 5 star ( Deutsche Tourist Verein) luxuriously furnished holiday home (165 m2) for 2-6 people in a quiet village, with a beautiful view on the Walholz Church and the nature and hills of the Hunsrück.
Smoking is and pets are not permitted in Villa Hunsrück.
The holiday Villa is partly barrier-free.
Layout of the house: Open plan kitchen with living and dining room, 3x double bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a separate toilet. Conservatory of +/- 22 mtr2 and a large terrace with BBQ and free parking space. For a fee you can charge your electric car. In the garden there is sunahouse aivailable (€ 32.50 per use of 3 hours).

Payment terms:
Down payment -> 50% of the invoice amount within 5 days
Final settlement (including deposit € 200 -> no later than 30 days before arrival.
The final bill will include a deposit of €200.00 per stay.
