The holiday house is located in a quiet residential area, only three minutes walk from the sports fieldt, the Tennishalle and the park, and the Eifelsteig.
The House offers 115 square meters for six people. It has three bedrooms furnished with double beds, two bathrooms and an open living area with dining room and comfortable fitted kitchen.
A high-quality TV set, blue ray player, telephone and WLAN are part of the technical equipment.
A spacious terrace and the large garden with small barbecue are also available.
Prices plus guest contribution on site: 1,50 € per person (from 7 years) and night.
The holiday flat is not available for fitters.

Note on the guest contribution:
To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein including the municipalities of Hillesheim, Bolsdorf and Niederbettingen have been paying a guest contribution of 1.50 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.
