    “Positiv: Ruhige Lage. Noch gut zu Fuß vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Wanderbus nach Eng. Freizeit: Mit dem Wanderbus ins Engtal . Mit der Bahn zum Tegernsee und Bad Tölz.”

    “Positiv: Die Lage am Ortsrand ist sehr ruhig, ländlich und trotzdem ist man auch schnell zufuss im Ortskern. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Die Brauneck Kabinenbahn und verschiedene Lifte sind auch gut zufuss erreichbar. Negativ: Wünschenswert wäre das die beiden Terassen die zu den Ferienwohnungen gehören durch einen Sichtschutz getrennt wären.”
