A house for sole use, fenced plot, children - / dog-friendly, garage and a great view of the countryside will make you forget the everyday worries.
On approximately 135qm it can make up to 7 people (4 bedrooms) in our house comfortable.

WELT is between Garding and Vollerwiek. Depending on the season you can find in the world on green meadows, flower-decked and rich fields.
The large 12km long sandy beach in St. Peter-Ording, as well as the spa promenade with Gosch and miniature golf course, the dune spa, the swimming pool and health center, is only 10km away.
On beautiful bike paths or directly by car, it is only a stone's throw. The beach parking or the free parking in the market square (Wednesdays in SPO and Tuesdays in Garding) make finding a parking space easier. In Tating, halfway between the SPO and the World, you will find an indoor playground for the Lütten, the Schweizer Haus - famous for its home-made pies and cake and the golf course with indoor golf simulator. It is only 2km from the North Sea - a green bay with DLRG supervision, mudflats, the Raspberry-yard and a fish bar are available directly in Vollerwiek. In the community WELT a relaxing holiday in the countryside in unspoiled nature is particularly suitable. Walking through the world, narrative signs can be found on various buildings and squares as historical signposts. A popular meeting place for tourists and locals is the "Summer Church WELT", which invites to readings, lectures or concerts in the summer months of July and August. Opposite the church is the Kirchspielkrug Möllner Hof with its Eiderstedter specialties.

The fourth bedroom is accessible via the stairs in the corridor area. Through the entrance you enter a large hallway with guest toilet.
In the living area you will find a large sofa, flat screen TV, a large gel fireplace for cozy evenings at home, Wi-Fi and a dining area with 6 seats.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, nespresso capsule coffee machine & a filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery, ...
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sink, bathtub and towel heater.
A total of 4 bedrooms invite you to sleep. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1,80m x 2,0m), two more each with a single bed (tandem bed with sleeping option for one more person), the bedroom upstairs with a double bed 1,40m x 2,00m. Enjoy from the living area through the panoramic windows the unobstructed view over the fields.
On the sunny terrace you have a garden lounge, hammock, one lounger and a barbecue at leisure. Dogs and children are welcome guests.
3 additional parking spaces are passable for you at all times, a garage on request.
Directly opposite the house there is a children's playground with swing, seesaw, slide, table tennis, basketball hoop and a football field.
