The apartment is close to town and you reach the center and the railway station at approx. 10 min. by foot. Parkingplace is free.

The booking is only valid when you have received the booking confirmation from me as the owner of the apartment.
50% refund by booking, rest latly 14 days before checkin. Cancelationfee is 50% up to 7 days before check in. Less than 7 days befor checkin cancelation fee is 90%. Deposit is 250€ and is given back to you at check out. If you behave against the houserules or - smoking in the apartment - the deposit of 250€ will not be given back at check out! No smoking and no pets allowed. If you behave against the rules of no smoking and no pets. The deposit will not be refunded.
