This comfortable villa is ideal for groups wishing to spend their holidays surrounded by nature. It is located in a beautiful and quiet, secluded location on a hillside overlooking the beautiful valley. The house consists of five separate units to be rented together. In the large dining room with fireplace, guests can eat together, as well as in the garden in front of the house, enjoying a beautiful view over the valley. The interior is decorated in country style. The pool is about 30 meters, slightly higher, on a hill and offers spectacular views of Monte Nerone (1,525 m). The place is perfect not only for swimming and sunbathing, but also to sing, jump, meditate. The house and pool area are accessible to disabled persons. Meals can be arranged on request at the nearby restaurant (2 km). The cottage is an ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking in the mountains, but also for excursions in the picturesque Umbrian towns such as Gubbio, Urbino, Città di Castello and Perugia. You can also spend a day at seaside in the Adriatic coast in Pesaro or Fano. Dirt track access road (1 km).
