Lage:
The cottage is located at the Rauris valley, at the outskirts of the town Bucheben. In a very calm and secluded area, amidst a large plot of land with 3 private fish ponds and grazing donkey, horse and mule. Access to the cottage via a gravel path.


Entfernungen:
Center with a little shop, bakery, guest house in 500m. Horse Riding 1km, Tennis 10km. The area is ideal for hiking or mountain biking to one of the many farmed huts in the national park Hohe Tauern!


Ausstattung:
Ground floor: parlor with lounge. Kitchenette with wood stove and oven. To do the dishes you have to use cold water or you heat the water with the wood stove. You also heat the cabin with the wood stove. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 3 double beds. Solar electricity (24 volt) to switch on the light, is available. Earth closet 40m from the cabin. In front of the hut is a big garden with 3 fish ponds, seats, sunbeds, a solar shower and a barbecue (please bring charcoal with you). Fishing rod is available.


Nebenkosten:

    Alles Nötige zum Leben war vorhanden, zudem sauber und gepflegt.
    Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wunderschön, und hat uns täglich aufs neue erfreut.
    An das Leben ohne Strom und mit Solardusche hat man sich schnell gewöhnt, und es sogar nach kurzer Zeit genossen.
    Und wer schon immer Kühe und Schafe als Nachbarn haben wollte, ist dort bestens aufgehoben.”

    “Leuke omgeving, proper huisje! Toilet op afstand is raar maar gezellig en goed te doen :) Lekkere visjes uit de vijver, leuke huiseigenaar en prachtig uitzicht. Schaapjes in de buurt. Wij zijn in oktober 2 weken gegaan en ondanks de koude buitentemperaturen heeft de houtkachel ons steeds warm gehouden. Kortom: wie terug wil naar de natuur: een aanrader! Wij hadden ons voorbereid want er zijn geen stopcontacten... Al bij al een super ervaring. Wij gaan zeker nogeens terug!”

    “Een absolute aanrader voor avontuurlijke mensen. Het was heerlijk met onze twee kinderen, 2 jaar en 8 maanden. Het is een Eco huisje midden in de natuur! We hebben veel vis gevangen en gegeten uit de eigen vijvers, heel uniek. De solar douche is leuk buiten, maar net zo fris als het berg water. We hebben heel veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt en Oostenrijkse 'kuchen' geproefd. Een fantastische vakantie!”

    “Sehr schöne Lage. Alles sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten und anderen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ein super Ferienhaus für Leute, die mit einem Plumpsklo leben können :-) Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen. Wir hatten auch zwei Hunde dabei und es war optimal. Das Grundstück ist auch komplett eingezäunt.”
