The ground floor comprises the common areas of the living room, dining room, recreation area and kitchen, as well as a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find a cosy living room and five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The house is equipped with powerful air conditioning machines that air-condition the whole house.
Outside of this finca you will find a huge infinity pool with jacuzzi, which offers spectacular views of the mountains. All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioners have heat pump.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
