Our house lies surrounded from the marvellous Stubai mountain world, off traffic and noise, in the lower district of Fulpmes at 936-m elevation. From the spring till the autumn you can begin your biking-, jogging-, walking or travelling tours directly before the house. In winter you drive comfortably by the ski bus (stop in house nearness) to our ski area Schlick 2000 or to the Stubaier glacier. We have 2 comfortable and very spacious non-smoker's apartments which are very brightly and affectionately in modern style.

This modern and comfortable 59-m²- large 2-room flat on the 1st floor of our house offers place for 2 to 4 guests and is equipped with a comfortable kitchen-living room. Here are available to you a generous bedroom as well as a smaller bedroom with floor bed. The bathroom is separated from the toilet.
In the time without snow you enjoy on your big terrace the miraculous view in the direction of Kreuzjoch, Elfer and Serles. The deck chairs are ready for you!
