Villa Morena with pool and garden, for 12 persons

House Morena is a semi-detached holiday house with a swimming pool located in the village Butori, near Tinjan which is located only 15km from Porec and its beaches. The house is situated on its own property of 3800 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking for 2 cars, private pool of 28 m2 with sun loungers, covered terrace with kitchen, dining table and barbeque on their disposal. There are also a table tennis and badminton place.The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.The house can acommodate 10-12 people and consists of three separate units with total living area of 160m2 situated on two floors. There is a apartment for 4-5 persons in the ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living space with kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms with a double beds and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. One separate bedroom with double bed and private shower toilet is on the ground floor too.The other apartment for 4-5 persons is located on the first floor and consist of a living space with kitcheen and dinning tabel, two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with a shower/toilet and washing machine.All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection.

    “Alles, wir waren 3 Familien die sich dir Unterkunft teilten..
    Die Anmeldung der Unterkunft musste zwar in Porec erfolgen, aber dies störte uns nicht..
    Die Bäder wurden dieses Jahr neu renoviert.
    Alles war super sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.
    Das Highlight ist die tolle außenküche. So praktisch nach dem Pool direkt was kühles zum trinken oder gemeinsam kochen und draußen sitzen.
    Die Vermieter leben in der andere Hälfte vom Haus, aber man hört und sieht sie wirklich nicht viel.. Jedem morgen wurde der Pool gereinigt und bei Anlässen, wie z.B der Feiertag wurde uns eine nachricht hinterlassen..
    Wir hatten eine sehr tolle, erholsame Zeit.
    Der Ort ist klein und gemütlich, aber genau das wollten wir auch.. Ans Meer ist es nicht weit und Städte wie Novigrad,Rovinj und Pula super zu erreichen.
    Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, weg von den Massen und trotzdem die Möglichkeit möchte das Land zu erkunden wird in diesem Haus genau das finden..
    Sehr zu empfehlen..”

    “Erholung pur in einer schönen Umgebung. Positiv: Der Pavillon mit der Außenküche, der große Garten mit Pool und Tischtennis Platte, die freundliche Vermieterin. Negativ: Kein Hinweis vor der Buchung, dass man die Schlüssel im 25 km entfernten Porec bei der Anmeldung abholen sollte. Letztendlich konnte man eine andere Lösung finden.
    Die gekachelten Nebenräume (hier: WC im EG) viel zu klein und nicht komfortabel in dieser Ecke. Restaurant: Taverna Borgonja in Visnjan - Herrlicher Biergarten mit gutem Essensangebot, top Leistung zum angemessenen Preis. Ausflüge: Porec, Fazana, Vrsar, Pula - tolle Städte mit Cafés direkt am Hafen, in Pula das Amphitheater aus dem 1. Jh.”
