Newly built house (2018) in a quiet location at the heart of Ötztal - It is only about 5 minutes from the center of Umhausen away. Ötzi Village, swimming lake and Stuiben Falls located nearby. An ideal starting point for all sports and leisure activities. The skibus (free service) stop can be reached in about 7 minutes. The Hochoetz ski area is a few kilometers away (about 6 driving minutes). Sölden can be reached within a 25 minute drive. The Engelswand climbing wall is accessible on foot in about 10 minutes. Or do you prefer a couple of relaxing hours? Then you are in good hands at the Aqua Dome thermal spa center in Längenfeld (about 15 minutes by car).
