A lovely hiking trail leads to scenic Piburger See (Tirol's warmest swimming lake) - approx. 45 min. Only about 5 km from the AREA 47 adventure playground.

Homey and family-friendly guesthouse offering 2 holiday apartments in a central location of Oetz/Habichen. A free skibus shuttle (bus stop at only 1 walking minute from our house) takes you to the base station of Acherkogelbahn mountain gondola and straight up to the Hochoetz/Kühtai ski area. All other ski areas in the valley are as well easily accessible: Sölden (approx. 30 km) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (approx. 45 km).
