Villa 10 **** (approx. 190 m²) offers the following amenities: Ground floor: 1 comfortable living room with 2 pull-out, full comfort sleeping facilities for 4 additional people (incl. slatted bedframe) with sliding door towards the living room and TV; 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC; 1 dining room with winter garden; 1 separate WC; 1 fully equipped, high quality kitchen (WMF dishes and WMF kitchen appliances). Upper floor with family-friendly room layout: 1 double room with satellite TV and direct access to another twin bedroom; 1 bathroom incl. shower and bathtub; 1 separate WC; 1 further twin room with private bathroom incl. shower/WC, satellite TV and balcony. You have direct access to the furnished terrace and private garden with barbecue facilities and private swimming pool (only in summer).

Our guests can use the wellness area and the ski depot with boot dryer (in winter) in the neighboring Hotel All-Suite Resort Ötztal free of charge.
