Our farmhouse dating back to 1837 offers a unique flair amid lush green surroundings.
We offer two lovingly renovated apartments for a relaxing, holistic stay. Our wonderful place is an island of pure rest and recreation. Relax in the beautiful garden or the wooden barrel sauna and the whirlpool. Enjoy the lovely summer evenings under the grape arbor or in the barbecue area. Oetz makes a perfect location for many interesting outings and excursions which can be reached within a short time. Whether ski resorts (Hochoetz-Kühtai, Sölden, Obergurgl), hiking trails, sporty attractions (AREA 47) or a trip to the nearby cities - everything can be found within a radius of about 0 to 50 km.
Unique and exclusive living on approx. 120 m² in our Galerie Apartment. The living area extends over 3 floors and is completely open.
Ground floor: double room with couch (for 5th person), shower and WC, satellite TV. An old wooden staircase leads directly up to the living area with sofa (6th person). The apartment also has a private balcony offering superb views! Spacious, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, microwave, electric cooktop, oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, soda stream, American fridge, satellite TV. Adjacent double bedroom made of local stone pine, connected to the bathroom by a small bridge, freestanding bathtub, shower and WC, satellite TV.
