Our 2 houses, comprising 6 apartments (three one sleeping room apartments in house Christina and three "Superior with two or three sleeping rooms in house Dr. Krainer) , are situated in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim near the thermal spa 'Römerbad' and the cable-car 'Kaiserburgbahn'. All the apartments are highly-furnished, with an open fireplace, and accomodate 2 - 4 in house Christina and 4 - 10 persons in house Dr. Krainer.

If you buy a 6-days skipass for adults, then is the price for a 6-days children-skipass for childen under 12 years only EUR 6,--.
From 9.3. until 1.4.2024 you get 30% discount for the skipasses if you buy a 3-days skipass then is also the entrance to Thermal-Römerbad on one day for 4 hours free.


This is very leisurely and well furnished. It has a large entrance, an open kitchen with dishwasher, a cosy dining recess, a spacious living room equipped with kable TV, Hifi-System, W-LAN Internet, fireplace and
a southwards constructed balcony.

There is a playroom and wellnessroom including sauna, whirlpool and shower in each apartment, as well as deckchairs for your own gardenterrace.

A central situated solarium in the basement floor will offer you a nice tan whenever you feel like.

Apartment 2 has three sleeping rooms and in the children play room is also place for two children to sleep and in the attic is also a double-couch and will provide enough space for 8 to 10 persons. Extra beds for children and a baby chair will be there, if there is any need. Two bathrooms and toilettes are also in the appartment.

Each apartment is equipped with enough dishes, sheets and towles.
The kaernten card is included in summer time in all prices.
