Our house is located in a quiet central location about a 5-minute walk from the town center. The apartment extends over the entire first floor. The Spar supermarket is a 2-minute walk away.

For all winter sports enthusiasts, Söll is worth seeing - with the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, night skiing in Söll, and 2 illuminated toboggan runs, there is something for everyone.

Our house is about a 3-minute drive from the valley station in Söll. In winter, the ski bus stop is located just 200 meters away, from where you can conveniently travel to the valley station of the Söll cable cars.

In summer, beautiful hikes around Söll and in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental invite you to linger. In Hochsöll, you will find the Hexenwasser, which offers the perfect cooling down for young and old on hot summer days. There are also many varied and beautiful bike tours for cycling enthusiasts around Söll.

The special view of the Bergdoktor's home - "Gruberhof", gives the house an extra dose of film atmosphere.

For bookings of 6 adults plus 1-2 small children:
Smaller children can be additionally booked in a travel crib with 6 adults. In this case, please send a short notification after booking; the additional charge for the children will be considered in the final invoice!

The appartement ist on the 1. floor and have 3 double-bedded rooms, a big living Room with a dining table and a comfortable couch area. The adjoining fully equipped Kitchen is separated from the living room. The Bathroom have a shower and bathtub, de WC is separated. On the South and Westside covers a big balcony and terrase, which invites in the Sumemr for breakfast. The Appartement has cable-TV, WLan and Radio.
