Holiday House in Stara Baška with Main Terrace and Exceptional View

Villa Mar is situated at an exceptional location in the idyllic village of Stara Baška on the island of Krk, only a 50-metre walk from the sea and the sandy beach.
On the terrace of the villa, you can admire the breathtaking sunsets between the islands of Krk and Cres. 
In the direct vicinity of the villa, you can head to a sandy beach with turquoise, crystal clear sea. In the surrounding area there are many unspoilt beaches where you can retreat from the crowds, explore the natural surroundings and go hiking, find fresh figs and enjoy the pleasant fragrance of fresh rosemary and other herbs.

Villa Mar offers comfortable accomodation for 8 to 12 people.
The entire villa is air-conditioned an has luxurious and modern furniture.
It has a kitchen with all the usual utensils, including an ice machine and an outdoor barbecue.
Three large terraces provide privacy to every guest.
The living room and the kitchen have a direct exit to the main terrace where you can use the private swimming pool under a palm tree in the daytime, and enjoy the exceptional view of the sea in the evenings.
A garage is available in the basement for 4 cars that leads to a terrace.

    “Naja, angesichts des Preises nicht überragend, alles in allem aber ok. Positiv: Die Lage in der Nähe zum Strand war schön, der Pool auch sehr nett. Negativ: Die Raumaufteilung und die Klimaanlagenverfügbarkeit war bescheiden.

    Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein einziges „Hilfsklo“, also ein Miniraum unter der Treppe mit Wc und Miniwaschbecken ohne verschließbare Tür. Angesichts einer Maximalbelegung von 12 Personen, die wohl oft (so wie wir auch) unten auf der Terrasse sitzen nicht gerade ausreichend.

    Im Schlafzimmer unten gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur im Wohnzimmer. Um im unteren Schlafzimmer ausreichend Kühlung zu erreichen muss man die Tür zum Wohnzimmer offen lassen und im Wohnzimmer sehr stark runterkühlen.

    In der Einliegerwohnung über dem eigentlichen Haus gibt es im Schlafzimmer auch keine Klimaanlage- und das Zimmer ist winzig (mit starker Dachschräge) und heizt sich ebenfalls stark auf.

    Im unteren Schlafzimmer war eine Ameisenkolonie, wo genau haben wir nicht herausgefunden, aber ihr „Spielplatz“ war das Bett.”
