This holiday home is situated in a beautiful location above the naturally pebbel beach. Holiday home consist of two fully equiped accommodation units connected with external steirs. The unit has pretty modern interiors and an outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful view on the sea. On the ground floor lives the house owner in completly separated accomodation unit. The house is located in the first row by the sea and only ca. 20 m of nature separates it from a pebble beach. The place Balica Rat is ca. 3,5 km away from the larger Omis, where all necessary facilities can be found. In Omis there are also long sandy beaches, ideal for family gatherings. To the house leads a steep path.
