We provide cleaned towels, linens, Wi-Fi, DTH connections, maid services for housekeeping, Indian or continental breakfast, R O water in 18 Litres bottles, washing of cloths (free only when clothes are reasonable in number otherwise these will be charged). All apartments have independent access and these do not interfere in the privacy of any guest. 24 hours hot & cold water is available in all apartments. All apartments have individual power backup to support lights, fans only. Wi-Fi is in the whole house with 100 MBPS speed based on Fibre optic cable (FTTH) technology. 1. Being living on the ground floor of ISH Atithya, we are readily available 24 hours a day. Small shops, Milk, medicine shops, super markets, restaurants, hotels, vegetable & fruits shops, banks, ATM are nearby in 100 meters radius. Hospitals are 2.5 - 3 KM away. High Court is only 600 meters away. 2. Ola, Uber, 3 wheeler auto rickshaw are available. Ola, Uber and Cabio taxis can be booked via app. 3. Modular Kitchens: These are independent units with Utensils, Crockery, Gas, Hob, Fridge, Microwave Oven, ready to use. Modular kitchen is in all Serviced Apartments. i). You can cook food yourselves. There are plenty of utensils & crockery. ii). You can order prepared meals from any restaurant and it will be delivered in the home. ​iii). You can ask our home made food. It can be supplied on the payment basis. 4. Tea & Indian/ Continental morning breakfast can be provided free or on payment basis as mentioned separately. 5.
