The house is located in a small neighborhood in the town of Fornes surrounded by houses and is very quiet. Inside the house you can expect a cozy atmosphere with traditional furnishings on two floors.

The house has a nice interior terrace where the pool is located, where you can enjoy the warm days. Another terrace on the top floor of the house offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

The house is located in the town of Fornes, very close to a reservoir where there are different activities depending on the season. It is also very close to the Natural Park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. On the surrounding trails you can discover nature on different routes.

There is a road leading to the house, which is not asphalted. Access to the village is via a somewhat narrow regional road in beautiful countryside.
