Beautiful detached house with private pool in the Belice Estuary Nature Reserve, a protected area where sand dunes and areas covered with Mediterranean vegetation alternate with impressive views. The long sandy beaches with crystal clear water are reminiscent of tropical beaches.

The house is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden of over 2500 m², bordered by dense vegetation and a high wall for maximum privacy for guests. In addition to the swimming pool, guests can use a fitness area and relax in the beautiful orchard behind the house and prepare delicious dinners thanks to the barbecue and wood-burning oven in the garden. You can relax on the large covered terraces with sofas, tables and rocking chairs.

On the first floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom and a bedroom with double bed with anteroom with double and single bed and a third bathroom. Another bathroom is located outside and is easily accessible from the pool. There is also an outdoor shower there. In the back of the house there is a huge covered terrace closed by movable panels with an outdoor kitchen and fitness area.

The house has a private access to the sea, shared with some houses in the area, but closed to the public. A few kilometers away is the splendid Selinunte with the largest archaeological park in Europe, Agrigento with the Valley of the Temples, the famous thermal baths of Acqua Pia and Marsala with the impressive salt pans. Not to forget the golf club.

Note: Due to a dirt road of about 1 km, the use of sports cars or particularly low cars is not recommended.
