via the outside stairs you arrive in entrance hall. To the right are the two bedrooms, the double room with a small balcony and the twin bedroom. Through the hall on the right facing the lake is the living room with a fire place and the kitchen which is connected through an archway.
The living room has direct access to the balcony with a uniquely beautiful panoramic lake view. The bathroom is also on the right of the hallway.
The apartment has modern facilities with condominium comfort: satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, Toasters and WIFI Internet connection.
The vineyard homestead is distinguished by its particularly warm and sunny position and is suitable as a year round holiday residence and has central heating. Most apartments have a fireplace or wood stove. Firewood is available and charged at cost price.
A table tennis table and board games can be found in the tavern in the main building. In the rustic "Cantina" house wines and specialties of the region are offered and at special request the local baker will deliver fresh bread to the house in the morning. The general recreation area with a breathtaking view of the lake has a lovely pool [7 x 3.5m], sun terrace with sun loungers, patio , barbecue and pizza oven. For the younger guests there is a gold fish pond, guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and the chickens. The stunning location of Casa Rina may inspire you to go walking, hiking or biking, all of which are possible drectly from the home.
Mobile - without the car - a footpath leads to Gravedona which is about 15 - 20 mins. on foot. At Gravedona there is a beautiful waterfront promenade with many shops, attractive restaurants, bars and cafes. From the boat dock you have links to places around the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.
There is enough parking available above the property.
The vineyard farmstead Casa Rina is from 1724 and consists of four buildings with eight individual apartments of which some have been renovated and some completely rebuilt in the original style. The property is located at about 200 m above the lake on a sunny terrace amid vineyards and former stone houses (rusticos) in Lombardian style.
In the neighbourhood is a small waterfall. The special, quiet location with the Riviera-like climate offers a fantastic panoramic view of the lake far into the southern part towards Como. The former landowners have erected a Madonna Chapel in the grounds which is today still in its original condition.
