Spacious lake house, off the beaten track relax

Comfortable, 4 season lake bungalow located in Golcza village (Westpommer Region).

The bungalow in located on 1.500m2 plot with a direct access to the lake.
There is a fire place and a bower  where one can spend the entire day in a hammock reading a book.

This is a unique, quiet place for those looking for a relax in nature (off the beaten track). The place offers plenty of privacy. There are only few plots on the lake so that the number of people on the lake is very limited. In weekdays, there is a good Chance of being the only person on the lake!

20m2 bungalow is composed of living room with kitchenette (sofa for 2 persons), bathroom (shower and wc) and a small bedroom (bung bed 190/80cm for 2 persons).
The equipment: electric cooker, electric kettle, fridge, pots, plates, electric heater, hammock. The house is available from May till October. Minimum stay is 4 nights.

The place is perfect for swimming, fishing (professional carp fishing spot; extra reservation required), collecting mushrooms and black berries, biking, meditation, birds and nature watching.

    “Wegen der Enge der Hütte ist der Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Zwei und Hund geht aber. Für kleine Kinder eher nicht geeignet. Ein Kanu oder Gummiboot mitbringen, falls vorhanden. Positiv: Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und behilflich. Das Grundstück (etwa 500 qm) mit der Datsche ist großzügig angelegt. Ganz prima. Seeblick durch Bäume. Eigener Steg am See. Sauberes, fischreiches Wasser. Sehr ruhig. Kaum Nachbarn. Negativ: Das Häuschen liegt wirklich im Nirgendwo und ist erst nach einer mehr als vier Kilometer langen Rüttelstrecke zu erreichen. Fahrradfahren ist sehr beschwerlich. In der Gegend gibt es keine Radwege. Eine kurze Metallleiter am Steg ist barfuß kaum zu besteigen. Badesandalen sind zu empfehlen.”

    “Positiv: Absolute Ruhe Negativ: Die letzten 4 km Straße sind echt schlimm. Restaurant: Pizzeria 105 in Choszczno - Superleckere Pizza, große Auswahl Ausflüge: Zauberberg bei Walcz - Autos und Flaschen rollen bergauf”

    “Ansonsten sind wir sehr erholt aus dem Urlaub gekommen. Positiv: Für erholungssuchende Urlauber der perfekte Ort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und versucht jeden machbaren Wunsch zu erfüllen. Negativ: Die letzten 4km zum Haus ist die Straße nicht so gut. Wer angeln möchte, müsste sich lange im Vorfeld informieren. Da es ein Profi Angel Gewässer ist. Der Vermieter hilft jedoch dabei eine Karte zu bekommen.”

    “Positiv: Ein richtig netter Vermieter und ein schönes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht in bester Lage. Natur pur !!! Negativ: Scheiss Straße die letzten 4 Kilometer”
