In the heart of Oldenburg - Two bedrooms

My 3-room apartment (80 sqm) is located near the city center, 10 minutes' walk from the train station, restaurants, and Oldenburg's nightlife are close by :-). You will love my accommodation because of its tranquility despite being centrally located. Enjoy the morning birdsong and the green surroundings, even though you're in the heart of the city.

The spacious 3-room apartment features 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a generous living room with access to the balcony, a cozy seating area in the kitchen, and a storage room. For the 4th guest, a mattress can be provided on the living room floor, or a travel cot can be set up upon request.

There are no pets in the entire house, which could be important for allergy sufferers.

A beautiful large balcony with plants awaits nice guests. A parking space directly in front of the house.

The organic market, bus stop, and the Kreta restaurant are only 100 meters away on foot. The main train station, weekly market, and city center can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot. Excellent motorway connections.

Very suitable for long-term vacationers and business travelers, as the apartment is well-equipped (washing machine, heat pump dryer + dishwasher).

Bringing bicycles is no problem; there's a bike shed available. Of course, without liability.

For self-check-in, there's a key box.

HOUSE RULES:

Not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Non-smoking apartment - smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Quiet hours between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

No parties or events.

Pets stay at home.

Please raise the exterior blinds during the day; the real plants also need light.

If Freifunk Wi-Fi is not available, there is no compensation. I cannot influence the connection.

Please do not waste energy. Do not leave windows open longer than 10 minutes during the heating period. Open windows for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. Fully open the balcony doors of the bedroom + living room for airing; leave the remaining windows slightly ajar.

Turn off lights before leaving the house for the sake of the environment.

There are some additional house rules; I'm a nice landlord, as can be seen from the reviews, but 7 years of experience show that house rules are unfortunately necessary.
