This charming vacation home is located in the south of the Drôme Provençale, at the gates of the capital of Nougat, on the left bank of the Rhône, in a quiet area. It offers a pretty private pool, which is hidden from view and is nestled in a magnificent, lush and flowery garden.
The spacious, bright and warm interior is very comfortable, the shimmering decoration is a mix of Provençal and modern style. The large living room, extended by the fitted kitchen, opens on both sides of the pavilion onto a beautiful veranda and terraces suitable for outdoor meals and evenings around the barbecue.
You are ideally located in the heart of the Rhone Valley, known for its tourist route of the famous AOC Côtes du Rhône wines. It leads to the Haut Vaucluse near the old historic center of Montélimar, a thriving town dominated by its castle. Also discover Grignan, the capital of truffles, renowned for its gastronomy and home to the magnificent Renaissance château of the Marquise de Sévigné, a place of festivals and exhibitions.
Near the charming mountain villages of Mirmande or Cliousclat, appreciated for their Provençal markets, their local products and their delicious bistros, inns and gourmet restaurants, you can visit many remarkable sites such as Alba la Romaine or the delightful medieval hill and fortified village of Rochemaure.
