Holiday house with a private sauna and terrace, situated right by the Schlei
This stylishly furnished house is right by the banks of the Schlei in Kappeln in the Kopperby area and with its exclusive waterfront location and unobstructed front-row view of the Schlei it promises a truly enjoyable holiday.
The house of 150m² provides ample space for up to ten people. Owing to its layout, it is especially suitable for large families or two acquainted families. The big living and dining room with a cosy fireplace stove and a view of the Schlei is ideal for relaxing even in bad weather. There are two big flatscreen TVs each with a CD stereo system in the two living rooms. The light, open living room-kitchen is fully-equipped and invites you to cook together as a group. The terrace can be accessed directly through the big glass doors in the living room and from there you can enjoy a view over the water as far as Arnis, the smallest town in Germany. There are a total of five bedrooms, of which two are on the ground floor and the others are on the upper floor. All the beds, both single and double, have standard measurements. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, washbasin and WC and the bathroom on the upper floor also has a bath.
The living and dining rooms and the kitchen afford a fabulous view over the water. The generously frnsihed wooden terrace of more than 30m² also faces the Schlei and therefore, like the house, faces south-west optimally. A large awning provides shade if required.
There is a big sauna in the cellar for cold days, as well as one of three bathrooms, with a shower, washbasin and WC. You can play table tennis in the hobby room. There is a large collection of books and various board games for entertainment.
There is a place for swimming and a little natural beach where children can dig and paddle, just 50 metres away.
