PRESENTATION
On 95m², the large holiday home (petite maison) offers you everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Fully furnished and equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people. It has free internet access via WLAN.
The bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm) for a good night's sleep, as well as a wardrobe with hangers. The room can be darkened using classic window shutters.
The bathroom has a washbasin with storage facilities, large mirror, shower and WC.
A washing machine is also available in the communal room (studio) for a fee.
The small fitted kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. It has a gas hob, extractor fan, oven and a fridge. A Nespresso machine and a toaster are available for your catering needs.
The spacious living room is central to the terrace, kitchen and bedroom. A large, round table with chairs and two armchairs in front of the fireplace make for a cosy stay. Two single beds (90x200cm) serve as a sofa during the day.
The ‘most beautiful room’ is the spacious, partially shaded terrace with outdoor shower (hot/cold water), table, chairs and two loungers.
The beautiful pool area invites you to swim, linger, read and dream on various loungers with and without shade.
Explore the villages and sights of Provence with its architecture and cultural heritage. The nearby Ardèche (approx. 8km) is ideal for swimming or canoeing.

## Access
In the hinterland of Pont St Esprit, the wine-growing village of St Paulet de Caisson is 4 km away. The ‘Mas de Camp’ is located approx. 1.6 km outside the village and borders the protected recreational area of the former Carthusian monastery ‘Chartreuse de Valbonne’. You reach the ‘Mas de Camp’ at the end of the ‘Chemin de Valérian’ between vines and orchards. The last 300 metres are on a dirt road.

The house is situated on a slope, surrounded by rosemary, lavender and flowering shrubs. Two L-shaped wings enclose the south-facing garden, in which many oleanders bloom. Cypresses, an olive tree, rosemary hedges, lavender and figs also thrive in this sheltered spot.

Excursion possibilities:
The Gorges de l'Ardèche are probably the most important natural spectacle in our region. You can reach various picturesque bathing spots within 10-15 minutes by car. You can also hire a canoe there by the hour, half day or full day or hike the gorge on foot.
Aiguèze - the former Saracen fortress high above the Ardèche (10 min)
La Roque sur Cèze - with its medieval bridge and many small waterfalls (35min)
Goudargues - known as the ‘Venice of Provence’ where you can relax by the quiet canal under large plane trees (30min) Marvellous lavender fields at the foot of Mont Ventoux
You can also reach the towns of Orange, Avignon, Uzès, Chateauneuf-du-Pape or the Pont du Gard in 40-60 minutes.

    “Ein schönes Anwesen. Gute Lage.
    Ausflüge zur Ardeche und ins Umland gut zu erreichen.
    Am Pool ist oft viel los, da viele Gäste da sind. Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses und die Terrasse sind wirklich schön. Auch das gesamte Anwesen ist wirklich hübsch. Negativ: Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern nicht ganz so gut und recht hochpreisig. Außentoilette etwas umständlich und wenn es sehr heiß ist, kühlt es im Haus kaum ab. Weite Wege.”

    “Wer es ruhig mag,
    ist in dieser Gegend richtig .Entspannung pur! Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht( Sauberkeit,
    alte Betten ,
    kein Fliegen/ Mückenschutz an den Fenstern)Das WC befindet sich neben der Wohnung. Die Umgebung des Pools könnte einladender sein. Haben ihn zuerst gar nicht gefunden,
    er liegt im Wald Lichtung)oberhalb des Anwesens. Wenn man ein Auge zudrückt,und es nimmt,
    wie es ist ,
    war es einfach aber schön. Positiv: Die Lage war sehr schön,ruhig und erholsam. Viel Wald; Möglichkeit zu wandern,laufen,sein. Die Terrasse mit der Dusche war sehr gut. Negativ: Die Signalisation war sehr schlecht,haben uns verfahren. Die Beschilderung sollte optimiert werden.Ameisen sind dort wohl eine Plage. Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn - Je nach Jahreszeit ist es sicher schön von der Umgebung her. In den Zimmern ist es im Sommer sehr heiss,
    das hintere kann nicht gelüftet werden,
    keine Zugluft möglich.Sehr düster. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Man kann die Umgebung gut erkunden. In 1-2 Std ist man in grösseren Städten. Natur: Forest - Eine sehr schöne Umgebung”

    “Stellungnahme vom 11.03.2015,da Renovationen durchgeführt wurden:1. An unserer neuen,traumhaften und beheizbaren Poolanlage wird auch der anspruchsvollste Schwimmer seine Freude haben.2. Seite 2014 sind alle unsere Betten erneuert worden. Die unterschiedlich harten Matratzen sollten jedem Gast erlauben das für ihn Richtige auszuwählen.3. Die Sauberkeit ist uns ein grosses Anliegen und wir sind bemüht,dass unsere Gäste auch diesbezüglich zufrieden sind.4. Zu den Preisen stellen wir fest,dass die meisten vergleichbaren Häuser in unserer Gegend etwa 50% teurer sind.”

    “Es war eine grosse Freude,als wir an unserem Ferienort eintrafen!
    Das Haus war überwältigend schön,die Lage idyllisch ruihg,
    wir hatten eine traumhafte schöne ,erholsame Woche im Haus B.
    Es war alles wie extra für uns angepasst,der Pool zum abkühlen, das Cheminee für die Romantik,die Ruhe für die Erholung, das schöne Gebäude für s Auge,eine geniale grosse Aussendouche,eine zweckmässige gut eingerichtete Küche,Wander / Spaziermöglichkeiten vor dem Haus,die Fledermäuse in der Nacht usw. es stimmte einfach alles.
    Wir empfehlen dieser Ferienort gerne weiter.
    Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch extra Klasse,kurz gesagt:
    wir verbrachten eine Woche mit sehr schönen Tagen an einem sehr sehr schönem Ort.
    Danke, dass wir die Gäste des Hauses B sein durften! Positiv: ..siehe Zusammenfassung... Negativ: ( die Mücken) :-)”
