Apartment with terrace and sea view

Holiday flat with a big bedroom (1 double bed) and a small bedroom (two single beds) with desk and shelves. Both rooms are attics with rooflights. One wardrobe is available in each bedroom.
A big and a small bathroom (bath tub + 2 WCs).
A living-room and dining-room (table, sofa, TV) with kitchen (glass ceramics cooker, washer, dishwasher, cooker hood etc).
A small terrace with ocean view (a folding table and folding chairs are available).
The usual household effects are available (bedding, towels, dishes, iron and ironing board, clothes horse etc).

Excursion possibilities: From Malpica you can reach by car within 1 hour the provincial capital La Coruña, as well as Santiago de Compostela, the capital of the region of Galicia. The region Bergantiños accommodates various monuments and sights from different time epochs. Besides, in approximately 30-40 minutes one reaches by the car the famous languet Finisterre in the west of Galicia.

Location description: Malpica is together with Caión one of the most picturesque and traditional fishing harbours in the famous Costa da Morte. The whole region has a lot to offer in gastronomy. Galicia is known in an outside of Spain for the excellent qualitiy of its fish and seafood. The coast is very rich in sandy beaches of every magnitude, which are not yet visited by a great number of tourists in summer. Alongside the coast a lot of beautiful areas and beaches can be discovered.

    “Die Wohnung ist schöne gelegen und bietet modernen Ausbaustandard. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage war vorhanden und die Wohnung im 4. Stock bequem per Lift erreichbar. Positiv: Die Terrasse war herrlich zum darauf Brunchen oder einfach so Ausblick und Meeresluft zu geniessen. Negativ: Bei unserem Besuch plagten und leider Bettwanzen! Haben den Vermieter jedoch darauf hingewiesen und dieser nahm das sehr ernst und versparach sich dem anzunehmen.Abgesehen davon störte höchstens das Fehlen einer Mikrowelle und, dass die Dachfenster nicht vernüftig offenzustellen waren. Auch das hat der Vermieter zur Kenntnis genommen.”
