New cosy 3.5-room-flat (year of construction 2012), 2 minutes-walk to railway station, quiet, winter garden, fireplace, internet access, garden to be used on your own, with a grill and a bowl of fire, a lot of equipment for children, situated very centrally (3-5 minutes walking distance to cross-country ski run/ cross country skiing center, wellness and sports bath, shopping, trail, etc.) The whole flat with floorboard out of larch wood, bathrooms with granite. Short access route by car and direct bus and train connections in different top skiing areas: Zuoz (16 min by car), Celerina / St. Moritz (28 min), Scuol (25 min), Livigno (31 min), 'magic carpet ski lift' for kids in Lavin (10 min.)  and toboggan run in Zernez itself, 2 sledges etc. offered. small ski lift for beginners in S-chanf (10 min). a paradise for hiking in the national park in front of the door. Bike and racing bicycle in immediate vicinity. Signposted nordic-walking and jogging routes and also Tennis Courts in Zernez. Climbing wall and bowling in S-chanf (10 min.). Fishing. Fresh linen are put on the beds, and towels and firewood are on your disposal.

    “Top-Wohnung mit zentraler Lage nahe Bahnhof, von wo aus das Engadin und der Nationalpark erkundet werden können Positiv: Hervorragende Ausstattung, die insbesondere in der Küche nichts zu Wünschen übrig lässt.. Negativ: - Restaurant: Mirta - Super Pizza”

    “Für eine schöne Zeit in Zernez (Wandern/Wintersport etc.) wärmstens zu empfehlen.
    Kontakt vor Ort, sehr Angenehm und Unkompliziert. Positiv: Alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Für Winter und Sommerferien eine super schöne Wohnung um zu Entspannen und geniessen. Negativ: Nichts zu beanstanden!”
