Indoor area
The 2-room studio apartment (37m2) is comfortably furnished and is located on the ground floor of the chalet. It offers space for 2-3 persons and is equipped as follows:
Kitchen-living room: electric cooker with 3 hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette oven, cheese fondue set, dining table with 4 chairs, chest of drawers, sofa bed (70/140x200cm), TV, radio/CD, mobile phone (will be settled with the landlord when used)
Bedroom: 2 single beds (90x200cm), cupboard, shelves, reading lamps, 2 armchairs and lounge table.
Bathroom: shower, one washbasin, toilet, towel radiator, hair dryer, daylight.
Entrance area: wardrobe

Outdoor area
You stay in a typical Bernese Oberland chalet. The seating area with mountain and lake views invites you to linger. A garden table with 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs and a parasol are available.
An outside parking space belongs to the apartment.

Surroundings
The chalet is situated in a quiet location close to the village centre of Hasliberg-Wasserwendi. The village shop as well as the post bus stop for public transport are within 5 minutes walking distance. The valley station of the mountain railway is about 10 minutes on foot, the ski slope is also about 5 minutes away. The bathing lake including the buvette is about 7 minutes on foot. The next restaurant is about 5 minutes away on foot.

Further information
Free W-Lan is available. A cot (70x140cm) can be added on request. Bed and kitchen linen as well as bath towels (terry cloth) are included in the rent. Also electricity and heating.
The apartment can be reached via stairs from the house entrance.

    “Es waren rundum superschöne Ferien! Positiv: Die Grösse und Einrichtung des Studios sind ideal. Das Studio liegt an ruhiger, aber allerbester Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Postautostation und Seilbahnen sind bequem in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ab Haustüre kann in alle Richtungen gewandert werden. Aussicht: top. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Falls ich wieder im Hasliberg Ferien plane, buche ich das Studio erneut. Negativ: - Ausflüge: Gibel - Wanderungen ab Hasliberg auf den Gibel (2035 m) erfordern eine gute Grundkondition und an einer Stelle ein bisschen Trittsicherheit. Belohnt wird auf dem Gipfel mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf Lungern- und Brienzersee!
    Die Wege sind sehr gut ausgebaut und beschildert.”

    “Guten Anschluss mit Postauto nach Hasliberg Reuti ( ca 25 min ) und Bergbahnen hoch oder nach Meiringen
    Oder zum Brünigpass und mit der Bahn Richtung Meiringen o Luzern. Positiv: Gemütliche Wohnung , gut ausgerüstet zum kochen,
    Dorfladen man fast alles kriegt! Negativ: Dass man Gästekarte nicht in Papierform erhält nur auf iPhone usw”

    “Super tolle Lage und einfache aber heimelige Wohnung für uns als Familie mit 1 Kind gross genug..... Positiv: Die nähe zum Skigebiet, unkomplizierte Uebergabe und Abgabe der Ferienwohnung, die Lage war super Hof- und Dorfladen in der näheren Umgebung Negativ: ---”
