Very tasteful and luxuriously furnished holiday apartment in the heart of the quiet and family-friendly village of Maloja, Graubünden. Famous cross-country ski trail just a few meters away. The apartment is classified with 5 stars by the Swiss Tourism Association. Holiday apartment number 4 on the 2nd floor of Casa La Montanella is a true holiday dream. Spacious, furnished to a high standard, flooded with light all day, all-round views of the mountains. The house is located at approx. 1800 m above sea level. M in the tranquil and quiet holiday resort of Maloja. In the evening, you can see a sea of stars on the balcony, so close you can touch them. The holiday apartment has a large master bedroom with a separate dressing room and bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. Lying in the 2 x 2 m parents' bed, when you get up in the morning you can already see the full size of the 3159 m high, mostly snow-covered Piz da la Margna. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the forests and surrounding mountains from the bathtub. From the spacious living/dining room you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view to the south and west thanks to generous window elements - mountains and greenery all around. From the dining table, the kitchen and the guest room you have a direct view of the 2780 meter high Piz Lunghin and the source of the Inn with its waterfall. The large dining table in the kitchen area can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a free-standing kitchen island with a large induction hotplate, height-adjustable and illuminated extractor hood. The cooking island and the worktop in the kitchen are made of black granite (Nero Assuloto): very durable and easy to maintain. The kitchen has branded ZUG appliances: microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the large living room with a maximum ceiling height of approx. 5m you can spend your evenings in comfortable armchairs and a nice sofa. And if the underfloor heating installed throughout the apartment doesn't provide you with the warmth you want, simply heat up the fireplace. You will find enough firewood in the apartment, make yourself comfortable by the fire and enjoy your evenings stress-free. Free Internet with WiFi is of course available, and on the 50" television you can receive all national and international programs in the usual first-class HD quality. The holiday apartment also has a separate part with a guest bedroom and a guest toilet with shower. The guest bedroom consists of 2 rooms, a kind of integrated maisonette apartment. In the lower part of this separate room there is a pull-out couch for 2 people, a separate wardrobe and cushions for additional seating. A staircase takes you to the upper part. From the upper “atelier” room with its approx. 25 square meters you have a view down and into the main living room. It is a beautifully designed room directly under the roof gable with another bed (1.80m x 1.80m), an extra cot, a sideboard with additional storage space and another television. In the basement of the house you can use a communal laundry room. Here you will find a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron/ironing board and enough space to hang your laundry to dry. There is also a ski cellar for storing all skis, snowboards or sleds. There is a reserved parking space for you and plenty of parking space directly in front of the house. Facilities: Master bedroom with separate dressing room and private bathroom (toilet / shower / bathtub / double sink), guest living room on 2 floors with separate guest toilet / shower, living / dining room with free-standing kitchen island, fireplace, balcony, elevator, cable TV with international Programs, WiFi, ski cellar, parking space, pets welcome.
