Casa Luck

Casa Luck is located in Monteggio, 4 km from Ponte Tresa. The location is very sunny, with beautiful views in the woods of Malcantone. Many sports and excursion possibilities such as hiking, biking, swimming, sailing, kayaking, fishing, paragliding, etc. can be undertaken. Luino, Ponte Tresa, Varese, Lugano markets can be easily reached by public transport.

The apartment was recreated in 2017. It is modern, light-flooded, spacious and very bright. The apartment consist of a comfortably furnished living room, a dining area, sitting area, fitted kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms with double or cabin-bed and wardrops, bath / WC. A parking space is provided.

Pets are not allowed.

Small shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The bus stop is about 100 meters away.

The infrastructure of the adjacent four star campsite (swimming pool, barbecue areas, bistro, children's playground, etc.) can be used free of charge.

Location description: The inhabitants of the municipality of Monteggio, which live in a wooded and sunny hilly landscape, are distributed in 26 hamlets, which are crossed by numerous watercourses. Camping Tresiana, the 4 **** holiday complex with swimming pool and B & B offer tourists the opportunity to spend a peaceful holiday in a healthy and pleasant atmosphere, sports and activities of various kinds in contact with nature play. For hikers there are numerous routes available, which can also be made with the app of the newly designed waterway (available for smartphones). You can walk among the houses, in shady chestnut woods, stroll along the sunny hills and picturesque banks of the rivers, discover new landscapes and in some places you can catch a glimpse of the valley of the Tresa till to Lake Maggiore. The hilly nature of the municipality of Monteggio, together with its good location, creates the ideal conditions for the cultivation of the vines and produces excellent Merlot.     “weniger geeignet für Ferienaufenthalt Positiv: Nähe zu öV und Pool (konnte wegen Wetter nicht mehr benutzt werden) Negativ: geeignet für arbeitende Bevölkerung, da ca. um 05.00h der Verkehr der "Frontalieri" auf der Kantonsstrasse von Luino her einsetzt.
