Charming apartment in beautiful country house in Provence area

A warm welcome awaits you in Raphèle-lès-Arles in our 19th century Land House (“Mas”). Built in Provencal style and divided into three gîtes, it is situated in the middle of the Plain de la Crau, between the Carmargue and the Alpilles. It is the ideal base from which to discover the delights of the local area. You will find a large number of cultural highlights, restaurants à la Haute Cuisine and sites of outstanding natural beauty, all within a stone’s throw of the property. Our Mas offers you a wonderful spot in which to relax and unwind in any season.As soon as the weather allows, enjoy the pleasures of our swimming pool from morning to night. This haven of peace invites you to have a dip, a swim, or to sunbathe on one of our reclining chairs. The pool is 15 by 7 metres, and has a deep and shallow end. We would like to remind you that the swimming pool is an unfenced, unguarded area, where parents are in charge of their children.Sitting in the shade of the hundred year-old plane trees is the best place to relax at the end of a day’s sightseeing. The grounds of the Mas have a special atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The garden and surrounding fields are green all year round except for the months of May and June when there is an explosion of colour as hundreds of flowers burst into bloom.Help yourself to the herbs in our Mediterranean herb garden to enhance your cuisine. Prepare your dishes in the kitchen or on the barbeque, and enjoy dining out on your own private patio.Concerning the rental: The first gîte has its own entrance and 105sqm of living space. It has a heart warming atmosphere which will make you feel at home immediately. The ground floor consists of a large sitting area next to a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor has a double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide, and a second bedroom containing two single beds (90 x 190 cm), which can be put together if needed. There is a separate bathroom with a splendid view over the Alpilles. Enjoy the atmosphere outdoors on the private patio and spend unforgettable moments in the sun or under the starsThis gîte has an individual entrance and is organized perfectly for a family holiday or a holiday with friends.The 95 sqm of living space consist of a cosy sitting area and an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine).There is wheelchair access to a ground floor bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom. This room has twin beds which can be moved together if required.The first floor consists of a spacious double bedroom with a double bed (160cm), leading directly to a beautiful bathroom.
