A truly unique, newly built vacation home on a large sunny plot. The house is located in Sandskogen just outside Ystad.

There are three bedrooms in the main building and one bedroom is in the outbuilding. The kitchen and living room have an open floor plan. Large open glass fronts let a lot of light in.

Start your day with a refreshing swim in the sea, which is only 500 meters away. Here you can also try your luck at fishing. Nearby are horseback riding facilities where you can rent a horse. The golf fan will find a nice golf course three kilometers from the house in Nybrostrand. In Nybrostrand there is also a large heated pool.

Ystad offers many activities in the summer with cozy cafes, nice restaurants and good shopping. For example, visit the medieval monastery. If you want to leave the idyll, you can take a trip to Poland as well as to the Danish island of Bornholm. It takes one hour by train to Malmö-Copenhagen.
